custom home that he built in Glendale and we wanted a

"I contracted on two different occasions to do work
at my home. Mark Kuhlwein and his company did an
outstanding job for me on both occasions. The
first contracted job was to completely
re-landscape my back yard. Not only was the job
done completely to my satisfaction, but they
were ahead of schedule on everything they
did,
and didn’t go over a dollar of the quoted price.
This was a big job. My yard having nothing but
rock in the back, now has a beautiful patio with
a fireplace, and a beautifully landscaped yard
with flower beds. The second time I hired Mark
was to tile my bathrooms and laundry room. The
job was done first class. Mark obviously
has some of the best sub-contractors out there and the
work really shows it.. He was always on the job making
sure everything was well done and finished on time. I have

"I Just
wanted to take a minute to let you know how much we are
enjoying our backyard after the remodel job you
completed for us. The expanded patio, with the drainage
issue we had repaired, makes it extremely nice to sit
under the upstairs patio. We love the spiral staircase
you installed for us and it makes it much easier to use
the upstairs area. The girls have had many, many nights
by the fire pit with their friends. It is a nice area
and they can roast marshmallows there.
Probably most of all we enjoy the new BBQ area with the
retractable awning. The access to that area, where you
removed the window and placed a door makes it so much
more convenient to use that area. Also the heightened
elevation sets it apart distinctively from the other
area. We have had numerous comments on the tile surface
there. The only regret that I have putting the granite
outside is that now Valerie thinks she must have granite
countertops inside! Also, the storage bins you built
have allowed us to conceal much of the clutter
associated with pool activities.
The quality of the work and the way you got it
done was fabulous. Should we decide to do another
project, you will be our first call. I have mentioned
your name to many of my neighbors that have liked the
work you did. Wouldn’t be surprised it you got a call
